Delete your Nuvestra account
Required by Google Play — this page exists so you can request deletion without installing the app.
In the app, immediately
Open Nuvestra and go to Settings → Delete account. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
By email, if you no longer have the app
Write to gk@novateur.app from the email address on your account, or including the phone number you signed in with, and we will delete it. We will confirm within seven days and complete it within thirty.
If you used Nuvestra as a guest without ever signing in, there is nothing identifying you to find — guest accounts carry no email, name or phone number, and are deleted automatically after thirty days without use.
What is deleted
- Your profile and settings
- Your watchlist
- Any holdings you entered in the portfolio screen
- The record of which reports you opened
- Your usage counters
- Your sign-in credential
What is not
The reports themselves. They are not personal to you — the report for a given company is the same document for everyone who asks for it — so deleting your account does not remove them, and they contain nothing about you.
